All-Conference Awards Certificates Blanks
All-Academic Award—Swimmer must have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or more (Cumulative or Semester) in the Fall semester of each year.
All-Conference Award—Swimmer must have placed in the top eight at the Championships.
Honorable Mention Award—Swimmer must have placed 9th-16th at the Championships.
These are JPEG files and may be used in a word processor to add the swimmer’s name and then printed by the coach.
